Do we have to close the whole lot?
Almost never. We break the work into phases and cone off one section at a time, so you keep spaces open through the job. The phase plan is written into the estimate before you approve it.

How long until cars can drive on a paved section?
Usually 24 to 72 hours per section, depending on the weather and how thick the section is. We give you a reopening time for each phase, not a vague answer.

Can you just patch it instead of repaving?
Often yes. If the base under the failures is solid, saw-cut patching plus a restripe buys years for a fraction of a full rebuild. We will tell you when patching is throwing good money after bad.

Do you handle the striping too?
Yes, including stall layout, directional arrows, fire lanes and accessible spaces. Same crew, so it happens the same week instead of waiting on another company to show up.

What time of year should we schedule?
Anything from spring through fall works in Massachusetts. Asphalt needs the ground and the air warm enough to compact properly, so we do not pave into a hard freeze. Booking early in the season gets you the dates you want.

Do you work with property managers around Boston?
Yes. We cover Greater Boston out to about an hour of driving, and we are used to working around tenant hours, delivery windows and weekend closures for plazas and apartment properties.
